Hallo User,
brauche bitte dringend Hilfe. Es geht um Verschraubung einer Kugeldrehverbindung an einem Gerüst. An dem vorhandenem Gerüst kann ich nichts mehr ändern, so das dort 6mm Wandung bleibt. Jetzt muss ich schauen ob es reicht. Siehe Bild. Die Schrauben halte werden halten. Habe nach VDI2230 berechnet alle 3 Sicherheitsfaktoren waren OK.

Es geht darum ob der Flansch hält und ich weiss nicht wie ich da vorgehen soll.
Kerndaten:
36 x M20 Schrauben 10.9
Axiallast 70kN
Radiallast 8kN
Kippmoment 184kN

Leute brauche eure Hilfe.
